The central drive type scraper includes two types of hanging and hanging type.
(1) Suspended central drive mud scraper
It is used for sedimentation pond drainage in water supply and sewage treatment projects. Composition and principle

For the central drive concentrated scraper, the scraper arm is equipped with a thickening bar, which is generally used in small and medium-sized radial flow concentration tanks of sewage treatment plants to discharge the further concentrated concentrated sludge out of the concentration tank.
(Two) vertical-type central drive mud scraper
The vertical-type central drive mud scraper is suitable for sludge removal and slag removal in a round sedimentation tank with a central support pier. The equipment is fixed on a rotating vertical frame. The scraper arm is driven by the driving device to rotate around the central axis of the pool. The sludge deposited on the bottom of the pool is scraped by a scraper to the pool pit in the center of the pool. At the same time, scum on the liquid surface Concentrate in the tapered area formed by the skimming board rotating with the deflector and the slag retaining weir around the pool. When the swing arm reaches the slag collecting bucket, the slag scraper on the swing arm will discharge the slag to the mud collecting bucket and out of the pool .

Working principle of peripheral drive mud scraping (concentration) machine
