Main performance technical requirements
1. The drive mechanism of the shaftless screw conveyor can be composed of flameproof asynchronous motor, F series reducer, heavy load output disk and heavy load output shaft.

2. The screw blade material of the shaftless screw conveyor is formed by high-quality steel sheet rolling process. In order to improve the combination and facilitate the transportation, the whole is divided into 3 sections. The first section of the power input section is 3 meters in length (excluding power drive). Mechanism), and the remaining two sections are standard sections with a length of 5 meters / section (the standard sections are interchangeable). They are articulated with 8.8 bolts, which needs to be easily disassembled (the tank can be adjusted at any time during operation) .
3. The conveyor housing is made of Q235 steel plate rolling process (requires one-time forming and no welding), the thickness of the steel plate is 5mm, the flange connection is processed, and the flange thickness is 12mm. Strength, the appearance of the flange is neat and beautiful.
4. The discharge port is designed at the motor end. The discharge port is a round hole of φ300mm. The discharge at the lower end of the discharge port can be rotated to ensure that there is no leakage when changing the discharge direction.
5. The cover of the device has the same specifications, and it is installed in a mesh-like activity to facilitate the observation of the spiral operation and interchange with the cover.
6. The conveyor should be designed with a spiral body anti-warp device in the middle of the body to prevent the material from being set up and causing the spiral body to deform.
7, the conveyor support frame is "H" shape, add an oblique support on the "H" shape support frame in the direction of the channel to prevent the center of the tank from shifting.
8. Each section of the conveyor and the deceleration device are designed with lifting ears and lifting holes. The design is convenient and reasonable to facilitate equipment lifting.
9. The liner is a wear-resistant nylon liner with a wall thickness of 10mm. (A qualified third-party organization is required to perform the friction test and meet the requirements).
10. The cable trunk should be set at the body of the conveyor, and a drainage device should be set at the tail of the body.
